Why are we here?

Even before tourism was recognized as a global sunrise industry, Filipinos have always been known for their innate hospitality which landed them various tourism and hospitality jobs all over the world. However, as the industry matured, the standards for tourism employment evolved and became more complex. The Filipinos genuine smiles and heartfelt service were no longer enough for the growing preference for well-trained and highly-skilled staff armed with academic credentials from international institutions.
