This certificate course will equip students with the necessary technical skills and other relevant competencies required for food and beverage service. Students will learn various techniques on taking, processing and serving orders, managing reservations and room service. Modules also include merchandising, storage management, sanitation, kitchen organization and production systems; as well as lessons on enhancing customer service skills, professionalism and service efficiency.
