CTHI Conducts 3rd Advanced Waiter Training

CTHI conducted its 3rd Advanced Waiter Training Seminar last June 12-13 with participants from Bubble Tea, Buon Giorno (Tagaytay), El Pollo Loco, Jelatto Restaurant (Naga City), House of Minis, Avengoza Catering, Jack and Jenn Catering and Chef Jimmy Culinary Services.

The seminar covered topics on improving customer service, increasing sales and profit, handling customer complaints and creating new and repeat business. The training is a professional development program specifically designed for captain waiters, senior servers, F&B managers, restaurant supervisors and new restaurant owners.
