This certificate course will facilitate intensive training for computerized reservation system operations and general management of reception, information and concierge desks in hotels and other tourism-related enterprises. More than gaining the technical know-how, students will understand their key role in revenue generation as the industry front-liners. Training on personality development, customer service orientation and English proficiency in the workplace are also included in the course syllabus.
