Hospitality & Resort Management
Duration: 8 months + 500 hours of internship
This course will provide the students with a solid foundation on the various aspects of hotel and resort management from front to back office. Beyond learning the operational functions of key hospitality divisions such as rooms, front office and food services, students will also take modules on banquet sales and marketing, convention management, human resource management, hospitality law and hotel accounting, among others.
Upon taking this course, students will have an option to get a dual certification and earn the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) Diploma in Hotel Management, an international certification recognized by the world’s leading hotel chains.
