This course covers all basic aspects of the housekeeping services needed by hotels, resorts and cruise ships. The modules discuss the identification of housekeeping equipment and cleaning products, systematic cleaning procedures, hotel-standard guest room preparation, laundry and linen services, and general maintenance of hotel and resort premises, among others.
