A Franchise of Canadian Tourism College from Vancouver

2nd Floor Paragon Plaza, Edsa cor. Reliance St.
Mandaluyong City, Philippines

Why are we here?

Even before tourism was recognized as a global sunrise industry, Filipinos have always been known for their innate hospitality which landed them various tourism and hospitality jobs all over the world. However, as the industry matured, the standards for tourism employment evolved and became more complex. The Filipinos’ genuine smiles and heartfelt service were no longer enough for the growing preference for well-trained and highly-skilled staff armed with academic credentials from international institutions.
CTHI’s objective is to hone and develop the natural edge of the Filipinos in the tourism and hospitality industry not only for international employment, but to also improve the overall competitiveness of Philippine tourism. We aim to provide the local industry with a reliable supply of top-notch hospitality staff while many of them are being lured to go abroad.

What sets us apart?

As a franchise from Canada, we are the only international tourism school in the Philippines with more than 30 years of proven expertise in tourism and hospitality education. More than being recognized by foreign affiliates, our system and training modules have been proven effective by the world’s most prestigious tourism and hospitality enterprises, many of whom chose the Canadian Tourism College as their exclusive workforce source.

How do we see the future?

We envision CTHI to be the premier international tourism school in Asia as we currently evaluate expansion plans in key tourism destinations such as Cebu, Boracay, Davao, Baguio and Palawan. Joint venture and franchise agreements are likewise being negotiated in neighboring ASEAN countries as CTHI was also granted the master franchise rights for the region.
